Staying at the venue has a lot of advantages. Not to far to go if you leave something in your room. Breakfast with all the other attendees staying over. Drinking till all hours in the bar and not having to worry about how you are getting back.
Get a double/twin room with breakfast for £89 single/double occupancy or upgrade to a deluxe room for an additional £20.
Rooms can be booked directly with the hotel via their website or the good old telephone.
Booking via the phone – quote the hotel name and code AGAME (full pre payment will be required on booking):
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday +44 (0)1189 772550 (take option 2 for reservations)
- all other times call Hilton Central Reservations 0800 856 8000 (or your local number)

- Go to Check Availability at the top of the page
- Add dates, then on the right hand side under group code put in the Ref Code: AGAME
- Have a Credit/Debit card to hand (Full pre payment is required at time of booking)

If you don’t look forward to a huge breakfast spread in the morning then online booking reservation services will potentially offer room only deals at cheaper rates.
Rooms are available Friday night as well for those that want to make a long weekend of the event, most of us will be staying for the 2 nights so there will be more opportunities to chat and get to know people over those extra night.

- The Travel Lodge in Bracknell is only 1 km away and had rooms for £57 at the time of publishing.
- Room only deals at the St Anne’s Manor are available for £68 at the time of publishing but these are very limited – as soon as they start selling, the price will rise.
