Just a few words from the team on the buffet dinner option.
We provide the dinner buffet in the hotel to help those attending stay in the event and not have to leave to go out and eat and miss any of the ongoing gaming or entertainments that we put on in the evening.

We understand it’s not as cheap as some people would like or know that they can get outside the venue, which we believe the hotel will not allow into the conference suite. The dinner buffet is designed to enable people to stay involved and continue to socialise with fellow gamers. I’m not pushing this because we make a profit on dinner, far from it, dinner is sold at cost. It’s mainly to ensure many of you don’t miss out on a single minute of ECM goodness. 

Dinner Buffet (If you’ve Bought it) :

However please note the hotel will not allow you to bring your own food into the conference room.
