Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

The following sections cover the key ticket sales terms and conditions.


Tickets are electronic and will be confirmed via email. Tickets will be checked on the door where you will be presented with your convention pass.


This is a 250 capacity venue. Sometimes we do offer tickets on the door on the day of the event however this is not always possible and can cause delays. Please purchase your ticket on this website to avoid disappointment. Tickets will be available online until 10pm on the day prior to the event.


It is the responsibility of the individual attending the event to ensure the safety and security of their own possessions. The event organisers will provide attendees with guidelines on arrival. These will advise on appropriate behaviour concerning the use and treatment of other attendees equipment and generally whist at the event. It is ultimately the individual that is responsible for their own actions.and any one deemed to be under their care.  If you or those you are responsible for break or damage something whilst at the event you are solely responsible.

Attendees room bookings are direct with the hotel. Whilst the organisers may be able to assist they are not responsible for arranging or rectifying room reservation issues.


This is a non profit event therefore tickets are priced to cover costs only. Refunds will be made at the event organisers discretion and will only be made in exceptional circumstances.

If you wish to cancel an order, we will require at least 48 hours notice.

Refunds will be subject to a handling charge to cover bank costs.

In the case of event cancellation, refunds will be automatically issued.
